Every Cebeci apartment complex has a resident caretaker responsible for maintaining the pool and garden and cleaning of communal areas.
Each apartment pays an annual service charge for the shared expenses of the site which include:
- water for the pool and gardens
- chemicals for the pool
- technical maintenance of communal areas
- electricity consumption for the lifts and lighting
- caretaker's wages and social security payment
- аirport transfer, inspection trips, return flights everything you will need will be supported by our company.
- insuring your property and dealing with the insurance company.
- short or long term oppurtunities for renting, we can help you rent out your property in an efficient and reliable way

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

This is the ideal way of guaranteeing that your home is cared for while you are not in Turkey.

Property Checks

We will visit your property to check that everything is in order and report back accordingly. This is a particularly useful service in the winter months when the weather can be inclement and it is reassuring to know that somebody is looking after your property whilst you're not here. In the case of any maintenance repair work we will be only too happy to provide a quote and arrange for work to be carried out. Property checks are carried out on request and there is an appropriate charge for this service.

Furnishing of Properties

We will be happy to assist clients with the furnishing of their properties and where possible obtain the best discounted prices. There is appropriate charge for this service.

Cleaning Service

We will be happy to arrange for your property to be cleaned at anytime. Cleaning services are carried out on request. Cleaning materials should be provided by the property owner. There is an appropriate charge for this service.

Gardening Service

We can arrange for your garden to be tended and maintained. Gardening materials should be provided by the property owner and there is an appropriate charge for this service.

Swimming Pool Maintenance

Some property owners like to take care of their own swimming pools, however we can arrange for this to be done through our property maintenance team upon request, bearing in mind during the summer months when swimming pools are in use they will need daily attention. All cleaning materials and pool chemicals should be provided by the owner. There is an appropriate charge for this service.

Rentals and Lettings

Where possible we will help property owners with renting out their property and there are various packages available ranging from a full management and rental package to just basic cleaning services.
