Cebeci Residence VIII
The Mayor of Mahmutlar Alattin Çakir gave the award to Ayhan Cebeci (architect) and thanked him for raising the standard of building quality in the area and praised his use of high quality materials.
Cebeci 8 Residence holds 70 luxury apartments, 8 spacious penthouses and 2 shops. All apartments have sea and mountain views. The complex includes a tennis court, fitness room, sauna, children's play area and a swimming pool with waterslide.
Also Oktay Cebeci was presented with an award for funding and building a community clinic in the town centre. The clinic is a 3-storey hospital fully-equipped with operating rooms. The construction and the equipment was funded by the Cebeci Company. The clinic has already been open for several months and the doctors and nursing staff are employed by the State.
